Recovery of rent must be paid within how many days (including extra time)?

The rules require that the determined rent and enforcement cost be paid within 15 days from the communication of the order. However, the Hearing Officer may grant an additional extension of up to 15 days upon a justified request. Therefore, the maximum permissible period, including the extension, is 30 days.
